Frank Mills (born 1929) is a British actor who has starred in numerous films and television series such as Rumpole of the Bailey. He was born in London. He is best known for his television work, notably the role of Billy Williams in Coronation Street. He has appeared in series such as Midsomer Murders, Foyle's War and The Palace.[1]
He, Linal Haft and Paul Brooke are the only actors to appear in both the Classic and New series of Minder, but starring in different roles in each.
